       TIPS & HANDLING

     

    • Arrives Frozen, store at -18°C or below.

     

    • Thaw under refrigeration at +2°C to +7°C for 24 hours before use. Do not thaw under room temperature.

     

    • Pour Rich's® Chocolate Bettercreme™ into a clean, dry mixing bowl.Do not add water.

     

    • For best results, whip at +7°C - +10°C.Whip at medium speed for 5 to 10 minutes until soft peaks form.

     

    • Do not over-whip, if you do, add more Rich's® Chocolate Bettercreme™ and re-whip until product returns to the recommended soft peak appearance.

     

    • Unused and unopene packages should be stored frozen.

     

    • Never refreeze the product once opened.
