       TIPS & HANDLING

     

    • Thaw under refrigeration at +2°C to +7°C for 16 to 24 hours before use. Do not thaw at room temperature.

     

    • Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacturing.

     

    • Shake well before opening. Pour Rich's® Excel whip into a clean, dry mixing bowl.

     

    • Volume of the liquid should not be more than 18% of bowl capacity. Do not add water.

     

    • If desired add colour, flavour or sweetening agent during whipping.

     

    • Whip at medium to high speed till soft peaks form.

     

    • Whipped product must be refrigerated and can be frozen.
