       TIPS & HANDLING

     

    • Arrives frozen. Store in freezer at -18°C or below.

     

    • Thaw under refrigeration.

     

    • For best result heat the product between 33°C to 35°C and glaze on cake.

     

    • Unopened product best to be used within 5 days when stored between 2°C to 25°C.

     

    • Opened product best to be used within 4 days when stored between 2°C to 25°C.

     

    • It is not recommended to heat the product beyond 45°C.
