Shelf Life - 12 months from the date of manufacturing

Thaw under Refrigeration +2°C to +7°C for 12 to 36 hours before use.

Shake well before opening. Pour into a chilled bowl (should not exceed 20% of bowl capacity) for whipping.

Whip at medium speed until the product turns thicker and increase to high speed until soft peaks form.

Whipped product must be refrigerated.
